However, none of this has affected the overall economic performance of the textile machinery industry, and the whole industry has maintained a strong growth force. What is particularly worth mentioning is that the product structure of the spinning machine market has undergone tremendous changes in 2011. The proportion of sales of traditional textile machinery equipment is less and less. Automation, continuous, high-speed, intelligent and large capacity sales of spinning machine equipment have increased significantly, such as blowing carding, compact spinning, spinning with long doffing, long warp knitting machines and warp knitting machines. The change of equipment demand directly reflects the direction of product structure adjustment and industrial upgrading in China's textile industry. Wang Shutian: in 2011, the China Textile machinery and equipment industry association widely publicized the key technical tackling projects of the "guiding opinions on development of textile machinery industry" in the industry and business enterprises, including the focus on developing 8 kinds of high-end textile technology and equipment, accelerating the R & D and industrialization of 50 textile machinery products and technologies, and actively promoting 38 advanced textile machinery products and technologies in the 7 fields, that is, the "50+38" project. The "50+38" project takes into account both the overall and the key points, both forward-looking and unrealistic. Every enterprise can find suitable development projects and participate in the implementation of the 12th Five-Year project. In view of the "50+38" project, the China Textile Machinery Association has organized various related enterprises to tackle key problems in different ways, and actively reflects the development of the industry to relevant departments of the state, and strives for national policy support. In 2011, the textile machinery industry was included in the "CNC generation" innovation demonstration project by the Ministry of science and technology, and will receive strong support from the government in policy and capital. At present, there are two key projects of the "numerical control generation" spinning machine equipment. These two projects are in line with the "50+38" project.

Reporter: as you mentioned just now, the textile machinery industry has been included in the national "CNC generation mechanical product innovation demonstration project". Does the "CNC generation" mark the arrival of a new era in the textile machinery industry? How can the textile machinery industry specifically carry out this work?

Wang Shutian: in the past two years, with the increase of labor costs and the pursuit of high quality and high value-added products by textile enterprises, the demand for CNC equipment in textile industry has been on the rise. It is precisely the demand of the market that tells us that the age of textile machinery marked by the "NC generation" has arrived. In 2011, the textile machinery industry pioneered the "CNC generation" ramie machinery project. For a long time, the employment of 500 million people is seriously troubling the development of ramie industry in China. To solve this problem, we must start with advanced technology and efficient equipment. After careful and thorough investigation, we believe that the selection of the "CNC generation" spinning machine products on the hemp spinning equipment project is of great contribution to the entire textile industry. After the successful development of the project, it can not only reduce the use of ten million spindles to 300 people, but also means that the resources of linen textile can be used more scientifically and effectively, thereby stimulating the enthusiasm of farmers to plant seeds and expanding the raw material types of natural fibers for textile.

Around this project, the China Textile machinery and equipment industry association and the China linen textile industry association have led the establishment of ramie equipment technology innovation alliance, including Jinying spinning machine company, Heng Tian heavy industry, Tianjin Hongda Company and Dongting hemp spinning mill, and also the Canadian Alliance of Donghua University, focusing on Ramie processing technology and fiber modification experiment and research. At present, the work of this project has been started in succession, and has been supported by the state's 6 million yuan of funds.

Reporter: because of the sudden fall of textile machinery market in the fourth quarter of last year, textile machinery enterprises generally expressed this year's situation. Worry How do you view this year's textile machinery market? What opportunities and challenges will the enterprises face?

Wang Shutian: according to the general market rule, as the upstream industry of textile industry, the market situation of the textile machinery industry always lags behind the textile industry for a period of time. From the actual situation in 2011, it is true. In the first three quarters, the textile machinery industry has not been affected by many unfavorable factors in the textile market, and has maintained a relatively fast growth. However, after entering the fourth quarter, the order of enterprises has obviously decreased, and the phenomenon of late pick-up and delivery has been increasing. Moreover, the whole macro-economy is not yet in a clear trend, so it seems that the situation is not very optimistic next year. But I think the market situation of the textile machinery industry is not pessimistic. The demand for equipment in the textile industry under the background of industrial upgrading will continue this year's pattern, and this pattern will not change in the next few years.

From the perspective of the domestic economic environment, the central economic work conference last December clearly pointed out that the focus of economic work in 2012 was to stimulate domestic demand, and the domestic market's potential for textile demand was further released, and the sale of textile machinery equipment was also promoted. Wang Shutian: in 2012, our work is still centered around the "50+38" project in the "guiding opinions on development" of the textile machinery industry in 12th Five-Year, and the development of the "CNC generation" spinning machine products. With the technology project as the starting point, the product innovation work in the industry has been pushed to a new height.

In the innovation of textile machinery products, the most important task at present is to raise the level of basic specialized parts and textile equipment. Over the past few years, when the technology level and processing quality of domestic mainframe have been improved rapidly, basic parts and textile equipment have not been able to develop synchronously, or even drag the rear legs of the main engine. Therefore, we decided to improve the technical level and processing quality of the basic parts and textile equipment as the top priority of the textile machinery industry this year. The association will organize relevant personnel to conduct a comprehensive survey of all the basic parts and equipment involved in the spinning system first. On this basis, a series of technical argumentation meetings will be held for different products, and detailed solutions will be provided. In the specific way of operation, we can learn from the successful experience of the "wire ring technology innovation alliance" set up by the textile machinery industry in 2011 to give full play to the advantages of production, learning, research and application, so that each project's technology research and development work can achieve twice the result with half the effort, so that each enterprise in the production related products can share technological achievements.
