Huizhou'S "Dan Li Si" Environmental Shoes Are Exported To Europe And America.

In the recently exempted inspection products of the state, Huizhou's Guangdong delta Footwear Co. Ltd.'s "Dan Li Xi" is on the list.

Many local shoe owners believe that in this group of products exempt from inspection, "Dan Li Si" can be called a dark horse.

The cost increase still insists on adopting environmental protection technology. According to Li Yunming, general manager of Yue Tong shoe industry Co., Ltd., Guangdong Tong began to implement glue free shoes making in 1999. It is one of the earliest local enterprises that do not glue glue to make shoes.

"No glue is taken into account that the adhesive contains benzene, while benzene derivatives are carcinogenic and have no environmental impact."

Li Yunming said that another reason for the implementation of no glue shoemaking is that the shoe making method was still a neutral gear in the shoe making field at that time, and the shoes made by this method must have vitality.

Since no glue shoes need more manual operation, the output of Guangdong Tong shoe industry is not high initially.

Li Yunming bluntly said that no glue shoes make more than 1 hours per pair than the traditional process. At that time, the workers only made three or four pairs of shoes per person per day, and the company could only take two hundred or three hundred pairs of shoes.

On the other hand, in order to better implement environmental protection shoes, the company also decided to adopt relatively expensive PU (microcellular polyurethane) material.

Over the years, despite the rising cost of PU materials and no glue production, the company is still adopting the environmentally friendly shoe making technology.

More than 10 years did not receive a major quality complaint. Before 1999, "Dan Li Xi" was mainly sold in Guangdong area.

Beginning in 2000, "Dan Li Xi" began to show its charm and market share.

In the same year, "Dan Li Xi" walked out of Guangdong and entered South market in China. The following year, "Dan Li Xi" went out of the country and broke into the Southeast Asian market. This year, the export volume of "Dan Li Xi" amounted to more than 20 thousand pairs.

Since then, "Dan Li Xi" in the quality supervision department organization quality sampling inspection, the product pass rate reached 100%.

For more than 10 years, Guangdong Tong has not received a major product quality complaint.

In 2006, "Dan Li Xi" was awarded the "Guangdong fashion casual shoes ten strong" title, in 2007 was awarded the "Guangdong famous brand".

In October 2006, the EU formally imposed a 16.5% anti-dumping duty on Chinese shoe enterprises. In September 2007, it launched an anti circumvention investigation on China's leather shoes "Macao road" exported to Europe.

However, since 2006, the export volume of "Dan Li Si" fashion shoes has not only been affected but also steadily increased. In 2007, the export volume reached hundreds of thousands of pairs.

At present, "Dan Li Xi" in the more than 10 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) set up more than 600 sales outlets, products exported to the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia and other more than 10 countries and regions, as well as China's Hongkong, Taiwan and other regions.
