Zhang Jie, chairman of China Hi-Tech Group Corporation, believes that the establishment of Heng Tian Jiahua nonwoven Co., Ltd. to increase investment in nonwovens is the strategic need of the group and the extension of the group's main business.
It is understood that the Heng Tian Jiahua nonwovens Co., Ltd. currently has 4 PP nonwoven production lines and 1 SMMS spun composite nonwovens production lines.
The new company will reinvest 200 million yuan this year to build a new SSMMS and SSS production line and install spunbonded Spunlaced equipment to form an annual production capacity of 50 thousand tons.
China's Heng Tian Group has China Textile Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. in the nonwoven equipment manufacturing unit.
The China textile technology company is going to install the newly developed 5 module SSMMS production line (Grand IV), which will be equipped with new equipment, such as high-end medical hygienic materials, high-grade leather cloth, wiping cloth, filter material and automobile interior material.

The production line takes PA6 and PET as raw materials and adopts two-component spunbonded Spunlaced fiber technology to produce "orange petal filament microfiber nonwovens". The project is a new material technology which is encouraged by the state in 12th Five-Year. Its products can be widely used in high-grade medical, leather, wiping cloth and other fields. After finishing the technology, it can be used as the fabric of clothing and home textiles.
China Textile Group said that it will reinvest 4 advanced nonwovens production lines this year to form a production base for high-grade nonwovens.
The "12th Five-Year" industrial technology innovation plan, released in November last year by the Ministry of industry and information technology, defined the direction of technological innovation in the textile industry.
It involves many key and common technologies, such as high performance fiber materials and application industrialization technology in the industrial textiles industry.
According to the "innovation planning", the government will increase its support for new technologies and new materials in terms of finance, capital and taxation, which points out the way forward for the sustainable development of the textile industry.
