In February 19th, the Zhengzhou Federation of Commerce and Industry Chamber of Commerce signed a letter of credit with the Henan branch of the Bank of communications.

At the signing ceremony, the bank signed a total of 20 million yuan of small business circulating fund loan contracts with the first batch of four joint insurance clothing enterprises in Zhengzhou garment industry.

It is reported that the bank will also provide financing support for Zhengzhou's clothing small and micro enterprises by not less than two hundred million yuan.

It is understood that in recent years, garment enterprises in Zhengzhou are in a period of rapid development, and the demand for capital is very urgent. However, because the clothing enterprises are mostly small and micro enterprises, the financing of small and medium-sized garment enterprises has become a problem for the development of the garment industry due to the narrow financing channels and the tightening of state loan policies.

Seeing the great potential of Zhengzhou's garment industry and helping enterprises to ease the financing difficulties, at the beginning of this year, on the basis of in-depth investigation, the Henan branch of the Bank of communications and the Federation of garment manufacturers of the Municipal Federation of industry and commerce, in view of the characteristics of Zhengzhou's clothing enterprises' use of funds, broke through the original single credit mode, and formulated a package of service programs including financing, settlement, financing and joint guarantee for garment enterprises, which effectively solved the financing difficulties of small and micro garment enterprises.

At the signing ceremony, the Zhengzhou Federation of Commerce and industry clothing officials said that since this year, the state's support for small and micro enterprises has increased significantly. Many banks such as Bank of communications have negotiated with the chamber of Commerce to provide financial support for Zhengzhou clothing small and micro enterprises, which is an important opportunity for the development of Zhengzhou's clothing industry.

They will actively coordinate financial institutions to set up a financing platform for more garment enterprises.

The staff of the Henan branch of the Bank of Communications said that at present, they have jointly screened 100 garment enterprises with the Federation of garment manufacturers of the Federation of industry and commerce. On this basis, some key support enterprises will be identified and gradually extended to the upstream and downstream industries of the garment industry, providing strong financial support for Zhengzhou's clothing industry.
