More Complaints About Dry Cleaning Of Clothes After The Holidays
After the Spring Festival, many consumers concentrated their new spring clothes on the dry cleaners, which caused a lot of disputes about washing and dyeing service. Since February this year, 12315 units in Jinan District of Fuzhou have received more than 10 complaints about dry cleaning problems, most of which are found to be damaged by consumers after taking back dry cleaning clothes, and merchants refuse to give appropriate compensation.
In response to these more than 10 complaints about dry cleaning problems, Jinan District Commerce and Industry Bureau yesterday issued a reminder that before washing clothes, consumers and operators should carefully check the clothes sent, clearly specify the fabric, color, clothing breakage, fading degree and other contents on the service documents; consumers should retain the original vouchers for buying clothes, and once dry cleaning clothes have problems, they can have a reference value when making compensation. In addition, consumers need to ask for small laundry tickets, take good care of the list and avoid unnecessary trouble when they consume disputes.
High grade clothes can be insured and washed.
Jinan District Industrial and commercial department yesterday also reminded consumers, high-end. Clothing We can carry out value preservation and fine washing. According to the seventh provision of the "mediation measures for service disputes in Fujian's dyeing and finishing industry", it is stipulated in the article that washing and dyeing of clothing worth more than 1000 yuan and above shall be agreed to by the consumers, and the two parties should make a written guarantee for fine washing. The value of the clothes that are worth washing should be agreed on the laundry certificate according to the consumers' quotations. The maximum cost of value preservation and washing should not exceed 5% of the agreed price. Washing and dyeing clothes that are worth less than 1000 yuan, consumers ask for value preservation and washing and dyeing, and add a 3% value maintenance fee on the ordinary washing and dyeing price.
If there is a problem in choosing the clothes that are insured for washing, the operators may be responsible for reparation if they are not affected by the appearance and clothing. Some of the operators who are beautiful but do not affect the wearing of the clothes will be partially compensated for the losses, and the operators who have completely affected the clothing will be compensated in full according to the agreed value.
