In India, Pakistan, Mexico and other countries, cotton is not well packaged, and there are many impurities. If the situation does not meet the relevant requirements, the inspection and quarantine institution will inform the consignee of the relevant inspection results. Before shipment, the cotton importing enterprises shall entrust the statutory overseas inspection bodies of our country to carry out pre shipment inspection and apply for supervision of shipment when conditions permit. Imported cotton belongs to the legal inspection goods in our country. The arrival of cotton should be applied for inspection in time, so that the inspection and quarantine department can timely verify the claims for foreign claims.

Second, we should refine the terms and conditions of import cotton quality and weight, and clarify the relationship between powers and responsibilities.
