The "2007CCTV China Annual employer survey Quanzhou list" was jointly sponsored by CCTV's dialogue column and this newspaper. This is the second time that the annual employer survey came to Quanzhou.

The organizers received 51 Enterprises in Quanzhou, and screened 16 enterprises that met the registration criteria.

After a period of publicity for the list of enterprises, the activity began to enter the expert investigation stage from January 5, 2008.

According to the "enterprise human resources questionnaire" published by the registration enterprises, the expert judges based on the survey rules of employees' "growing sense", "sense of achievement" and "sense of belonging" in the enterprise, and rated the contents of the questionnaires one by one, forming experts' survey scores for the participating enterprises.

At the same time, the professional investigation bodies commissioned by the organizers also began to enter the enterprises, and the questionnaire survey on the work staff was conducted.

In January 13, 2008, a questionnaire survey was completed to form a survey score for the participating enterprises.

According to the principles of expert investigation and employee survey, the organizers calculated the scores of 16 participating enterprises, and formed the list of "2007CCTV China Annual employer survey Quanzhou list", which was determined by the final evaluation of the jury.

At the same time, the organizers also entered into a contract with the professional investigation institutions, and made strict restrictions from the sampling to the final report, so as to ensure the accuracy of the data.

From the "2007CCTV China Annual employer Quanzhou list" released today, the top 10 enterprises in the top ten enterprises are involved in textile, clothing, shoes, electronic communications, building materials, plumbing, stationery and so on.

In their respective industries, 10 enterprises are leading enterprises in the locality and even in the whole country.

For example, Xun Xing zipper is the world's second largest and China's largest zipper manufacturer; Green group's "ticktat" brand is the only brand that has won the "national export exemption" and "national quality exemption" brand in China; Guo Hui group has been the drafting unit of two national standards for sports shoes; PEAK is China's first sports brand to enter the NBA arena; Xingye leather is the largest leather production enterprise in Quanzhou.

Among the top 10 companies, xunxing, pioneer, hongxingerke, and AI 4 have been listed on the domestic and foreign capital markets. Xingye leather, PEAK and Guo Hui are all the key listed companies in Quanzhou.
