Annual Meeting Of Underwear Committee Of China Textile Business Association To Discuss How To Layout

Li Jianhua, President of the China Textile Business Association, expressed his hope at the annual meeting: "strive to build up several domestic and even internationally known brands in the 3~5 year with the focus of technological innovation as the main line and the underwear Committee as the platform to enhance the strength of China's underwear industry to participate in international competition."

Peng Guifu, executive vice president of the China Textile Business Association and President of the underwear Committee, pointed out that due to the nature of the industry, the clothing and underwear industry has relatively strong anti risk ability, but it is also facing a crisis.

In the past 30 years of reform and opening up, China's underwear has been showing a rapid growth trend, huge market demand and large profit margins, covering up all kinds of essential defects of Chinese underwear, and also letting underwear producers and operators relax their sense of risk.

At present, China's underwear production capacity has appeared structural overproduction, production and sales costs have risen significantly, and the stock in the market is bigger and bigger. Chinese underwear has faced a major potential crisis.

Pattern adjustment is necessary. Every underwear enterprise and brand must carry out substantive exploration and innovation in terms of underwear materials, design concepts, marketing channels, brand building, cultural accumulation, capital operation, and so on, so that we can have a firm foothold in the future changes of China's underwear pattern.

The list of "recommended brands of China Textile Association underwear committee" and "China's underwear industry science and technology innovation enterprise" in 2011 and "top ten professional managers in China's underwear industry" in 2011 were announced at the meeting.
