Second, on suspicion of violating the relevant provisions of the trademark law, it is initially identified that the "Adidas" logo used on sportswear made by Yang is a registered trademark of Adidas limited, while Yang has no license to use the company's trademark, which constitutes a violation of his exclusive right to use registered trademarks.

The law enforcement officers of industry and Commerce ordered them to stop their illegal activities immediately, and the 2000 trademark tags and 61 finished sports uniforms found at the scene were detained in accordance with the law.

The case is under further investigation.
