Suzhou Jiahui Shoe Company Is Enforced Due To Arrears Of Wages.
In January 24th, the Xiangcheng District people's Court of Suzhou city of Jiangsu province quickly organized a group labor dispute case involving 40 people in accordance with the law. Arrears of wages of more than 12 yuan in the past six months were handed out to the workers on the spot.
To get the money that has been defaulted for a long time, Zhang, a fellow from the rural area of Northern Jiangsu Province, shook hands tightly with the executive judge, and said with gratitude, "this year's life is not dry. Thank the judge!"
Less than a year after the establishment of Suzhou Jiahui Shoes Co., Ltd., because of the lack of knowledge of enterprise management and marketing, the company has been in a state of loss, and has already stopped production, and has not paid more than 12 yuan.
Near the Spring Festival, 40 workers thought they could go home for a good year after receiving their wages, but unexpectedly, they had been unable to get any money for months.
In the morning of January 24th, when the Company expressly stated that no money was paid, several workers held the arbitration mediation letter made by the Suzhou footwear industry Co., Ltd., which was paid by the Xiangcheng District labor arbitration commission to pay wages of more than 12 yuan, and applied for enforcement to Xiangcheng court.
The Xiangcheng court attached great importance to the case and immediately launched a contingency plan. It decided that the troops should be divided into three roads, and they should communicate and coordinate with the local departments concerned to ensure that the arrears of wages were paid on time and in full. All the way to clarify the legal principle, to calm down the workers' mood and stabilize the situation; to open up the "green channel" all the way, simplify all the procedures and file the case, and appoint the best troops to go to the scene to deal with it.
After many efforts, the executive judge will eventually distribute the executive money to the anxious workers.
