Last year, the bank reached a strategic cooperation agreement with the cloth Association. At the beginning of this year, when it was in contact with fabric operators, it was found that most of the cloth merchants in the cloth trade with customers were goods after delivery, especially some smaller businesses. Many of them were not paying even the deposit, and some of the smaller ones were hard to receive. One of the main reasons was that many purchasers had "small cash inconveniences at any time."

To help cloth operators solve this "big problem", Minsheng Bank Shishi sub branch, approved by the head office, launched this service project with a definite goal. It installs the quota card printing machine to the cloth operators in batches. The buyer is able to use both the credit card and the UnionPay savings card, and also facilitates the payment of small sum of money by the user.
It is also understood that in order to facilitate more fabric operators, Minsheng Bank has decided to install 300 card printing machines for the cloth market, and has applied to the head office.
