With the rapid development of Shishi's private economy, the economic intermediary organization has become another "helper" of the modern market economy.
In recent years, 87 offices in the two sides of the urban area, including Nanyang Road, 92 road and Donggang Road, have been involved in intermediary organizations such as impartial intermediaries, agents, information technology service intermediaries and so on. EIA, accounting firms, price assessment, notary offices, consulting and auction houses, engineering supervision, lawyers' offices and tax agents firms and more than 100 intermediary organizations, including services such as real estate, intangible assets and other asset valuation, notarization services, enterprise registration, legal, financial and other services, as well as projects, property rights pactions, human communication and other services.
The staff of these intermediary organizations often engage in all walks of life in Shishi and surrounding areas, providing all kinds of enterprises with the best services they can.
Now, the competition in the intermediary industry is becoming more and more intense, and its market order is also chaotic.
The chief executive of an accounting firm in the urban area thinks that from the current situation of the intermediary service market of Shishi, the intermediary organization is small and scattered, and its specialization is relatively low, its service level is uneven, its comprehensive strength is weak, and its overall competitiveness is poor.
It is understood that at present, Shishi intermediary organization has many problems such as "small, weak, poor, scattered" and so on. At the same time, the intermediary service agencies are relatively single business, unable to undertake major economic decision-making and other issues such as the restructuring of listed companies.
Even some intermediaries have poor internal skills and engage in short-term behavior. The professional ethics and practice level of some intermediary organizations are poor. They are one-sided pursuit of economic interests and poor reputation.
The competition among all trades and professions is out of order, and there is no communication and coordination among them.
With the booming and active economic and trade activities of Shishi, more and more intermediaries in Beijing, Fuzhou, Xiamen and Quanzhou have been stationed in Shishi in the past two years.
For example, there are more than 10 branches of real estate appraisal established in Shishi, which are basically "four no" (no registration, no taxes, no places, no professionals), thus disrupting the market order of intermediary services in our city, and increasingly fierce competition in the industry.
With the lack of support from all sides, the intermediary organizations in our city survive in the cracks and are not commensurate with the economic development of Shishi.
The economic intermediary market needs to be standardized. Mr. Chen, a member of the CPPCC National Committee, thinks that speeding up the development of economic intermediary organizations is the need to build industrial clusters and improve industrial networks.
Shishi, as the production and distribution center of Fujian style clothing, should form a complete and solid industrial network. It needs not only the single chain of upstream enterprises, production enterprises and related downstream enterprises, but also the quality services of intermediary organizations such as logistics, capital flow, information flow and talent flow.
Relevant people suggested that the government should increase support for the development of intermediary organizations and create better conditions for the development of intermediary institutions.
The urgent task should standardize the order of the intermediary service market in our city, establish the credit system of intermediary credit, strengthen the self-discipline of the industry, and promote the healthy development of the intermediary organizations.
On the one hand, the government should continue to do a good job in the decoupling and restructuring of intermediaries, and earnestly implement the policy of restructuring enterprises.
At the same time, we should cultivate and introduce talents from excellent professional intermediaries and improve the status of professional talents in intermediary organizations. On the other hand, we should intensify the overall planning for the development of Shishi intermediary industry and further standardize the development order of our economic intermediary market.
