Since 2002, the Gieves&Hawkes brand has been controlled by Hongkong's Wing Tai Properties group.

The brand was founded in 1771 and has been located in NO.1 Savile Row since 1912.
Trinity said it would pay the balance to Wing Tai group every year for the next 18 years, with a total estimated value of $95 million 300 thousand.
Last year, Gieves&Hawkes brand hired Barry Tulip, who graduated from the central Saint Martin Institute as the design director of the brand. Barry Tulip also showed us her excellent design talent in the fashion week.
By December 2010, the Gieves&Hawkes brand was $24 million 300 thousand in sales and a loss of $3 million 900 thousand.
Trinity group also has Cerruti 1881, Kent&Curwen, Altea and other brands. The group plans to strengthen the awareness of Gieves&Hawkes in the Chinese market and enhance the market value of the brand.
