The manufacturer is preparing to test the RFID textile label to determine if it can improve the efficiency and security function of the stocktaking.
The RFID textile label is manufactured by Jakob M ller AG, including two grades of single grade tag and self-adhesive.
It can be directly sewn on clothes and can withstand water washing environment.
Compared with other products in the market, TexTrace's products are more responsive to customers' needs and are variable in size. The garment manufacturers usually customize 2*0.75 feet.
The TexTrace tag includes the built-in EPC Gen 2 passive ultra high frequency (UHF) G2iL RFID chip (NXP semiconductor production), the protective pad and the antenna consisting of "electronic sensitive yarn", which can be seen from the back of the label.
The label design is mainly applied to brand protection, inventory check, electronic monitoring and customer service, such as RFID function fitting mirror.

As shown above, black is the label protection pad, made of hard textile material, used for protecting the label chip in the washing process.
The size of the protective pad is 1.016 cm *1.778 cm.
Printed label with clothing brand logo is specially customized by TexTrace company. It can completely replace the brand label of clothing.
RFID tags can withstand harsh environments such as water washing, bleaching and dry cleaning.

The unique encoding of labels is stored in the background database and associated with the product storage unit (SKU).
The reader is installed at the doorway of the store. The reading distance is about 6 meters, which can effectively prevent theft.
Because for luxury goods, brand labels are of great value. Thieves will hardly tear away labels and avoid the detection of readers, because in this way, clothes will lose their value.
Jakob M u ller AG has launched TexTrace RFID tags since 2010.
The company plans to expand its business to label manufacturing equipment: fabric machine, RFID production equipment (RFID chip module added to non-woven label, quality inspection, and data writing to chip) and LCFR2 RF label cutting and folding machine (cut into a single label ribbon).
From the back of the label, the rectangular area is mainly used to protect the chip, and the other is the tag antenna.
In the process of garment production, labels are added, and the RFID tag data in the whole supply chain process after apparel is released is used for inventory management.
