Exhibition procedure

After receiving the booth application, the organizer will confirm your application by fax or email.
Exhibitors must pay the exhibition fee within five working days of the registration process. The booth booked by the exhibitors will not be retained without paying the exhibitors.
After receiving the exhibitors' exhibitors' fees and confirming their exhibitors' qualifications, the organizers will assign the booths to exhibitors according to the type of exhibits and the type of booths, and notify the exhibitors of their exhibitors' position in writing. The exhibitors will withdraw from the exhibition halfway and the exhibition fees will not be refunded.
