The base is located in Guan South Industrial Park, Hebei province.

The base integrates garment research and development, processing and product trading. It will undertake the overall relocation enterprises generated by Beijing Nancheng in the pformation and upgrading of industries, and absorb famous garment enterprises in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong.

The total investment of the base project is 15 billion 500 million yuan and has been included in the key projects of Hebei province.

According to Jin Cheng, director of the Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce and trade, the average profit will reach 2 billion 935 million yuan after the completion of the project, and the profit margin of investment will be 19%.

According to Huang Yiwei, chairman of Guan investment and management Park construction and Development Co., Ltd., the project is divided into two phases, one for park construction, and two for industrial construction.

"The first phase plans to enter 500 garment enterprises, and will build R & D centers, training centers, manufacturing bases, cloth and accessories wholesale markets, logistics distribution centers, star hotels and other related industrial infrastructure in the later stage."

Kim Cheng said that the base will use the Beijing and southern regional domestic and international logistics platform to develop domestic and foreign trade, promote the internationalization of clothing trade commodities and trade circulation in the southern region of Beijing, attract domestic and foreign related enterprises to invest in the related industries, so that local enterprises can achieve international operation and will become the manufacturing base of international brands such as Pierre Cardin and Armani in the future.

At present, the domestic garment industry concentrated area is mainly located in the southeast coast and the Yangtze River Delta region. Although there are many garment manufacturers in North China, most of them are not large and are in a state of stragglers.
