On the 18 day, the Quanzhou Academy of fine arts, Liming Vocational University and Quanzhou textile and garment Institute jointly established the Quanzhou Normal University garment college.

According to the order of Quanzhou and Fujian shoe and garment enterprises, the Institute will train applied talents, break through the bottleneck of talents in footwear industry, promote the pformation and upgrading of footwear industry in Fujian, and help Fujian shoes and shoes continue to maintain the leading position and competitive advantage in the whole country.
