It is close to Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan and other cities, and has convenient pportation. On the other hand, Zengcheng has its own strong industrial foundation, especially in cowboy, auto parts and other industries, which are important in the country, and also the future Internet.

    The cooperation between Alibaba group and Zengcheng will further promote the e-commerce of Zengcheng Xintang cowboy industry, and help more traditional enterprises to enter the B2C field relying on Southern China logistics center of Alibaba. At the same time, it will promote regional industrial pformation, from the original export to the private sector, to the development of its own brand, enhance the added value of the products, unify the product quality standards and production standards, eliminate backward production capacity, and finally achieve the harmonious development of the regional industry.

    It is reported that Alibaba Southern China logistics center has entered the actual landing stage, the first phase of the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2013.

    As early as October 2009, Alibaba signed a strategic partnership agreement with Xintang Cowboy City to build an online industrial cluster e-commerce platform for Xintang cowboy enterprises.

    It is reported that at present, most of Xintang cowboy enterprises operate their own online stores, and shopkeepers mainly do small wholesale businesses.

    At the same time, Xintang cowboy enterprises also vigorously expand the online B2C sales market. At present, hundreds of Xintang denim enterprises have set up outlets on Taobao and Tmall networks. In the first half of 2012, annual online sales exceeded thirty million.
