During the exhibition, we watched the arrival of the international advanced level of air-jet looms in Xianyang Jingwei loom booth, and reached more than 100 orders contracts.

The PS109E air-jet loom exhibited by Shaanxi Pu Sheng Electric Co., Ltd. has a speed of 600 rpm. The power saving effect is remarkable. The control system integration is higher. There are only 4 circuit boards, and the reliability and stability are good.

Their yarn dyed six jets were pioneered throughout the country, breaking the monopoly of foreign countries in the field of multi jet dyed weaving, and bringing more excellent price choices to dyed fabrics users.

Pu Sheng also exhibited a self-developed foreign fiber detection machine, which consists of four cameras. The output is 800 kg / hour, and the cotton flow rate is 12 m / sec ~18 M / sec. The detection resolution is 0.3*1.6mm and the detection rate is 85%.

The prototype has been used in Shaanxi eight party company for one year, and its detection effect is obvious. It is well received by enterprises during the exhibition.

Shaanxi Baocheng Aviation Precision Manufacturing Limited by Share Ltd has more than 60 technical personnel to participate in the exhibition. The company displayed a BHFA1322 high-speed drawing frame and a FA389 digital high-speed drawing frame, attracting more than 100 customers to negotiate.

The FA389 digital drawing frame of the company is an energy-saving, noise reduction and green environmental protection new equipment, which can effectively improve the textile quality and the economic benefits of the spinning mill, and is welcomed by the textile enterprises.

A company official told reporters that during the exhibition, Baocheng invested a total of 1 million yuan, but greatly enhanced the visibility of the company. The company thought the money was worth it.

In recent years, Xi'an de Gao printing and dyeing Automation Engineering Co., Ltd., which has a certain brand awareness in China's printing and dyeing industry, has invested 400 thousand yuan in more than 100 square meters of booth. In the exhibits, both the hydraulic flat type BT6804 products or the manual fully mechanized BT6804A and BT6802 products have been welcomed by the host plant and cotton textile enterprises. Some foreign businessmen have also entered into a purchase contract with the company.

According to reports, in recent years, the company has set up 5000 sets of active cam openings for more than ten domestic main engine factories in Qingdao, such as Hongqi, RIFA textile machinery, Xianyang textile machinery and China spinning machine.
