Vietnam's domestically made shoe raw materials can only meet 30% of the demand for shoemaking market, and raw materials for shoemaking are scarce.

The quality of natural leather in Vietnam is poor, the processing technology of leather is backward, and the output of artificial leather is limited, which can not meet the needs of shoemaking development.

Vietnam mainly imports shoes from China, Korea, Japan, India, Germany and Taiwan.
