In this plan, we enumerated some industrial textiles involved in manned rendezvous and docking tasks, and interviewed through research and development parties in order to understand the technology and stories behind the products.
The textile enterprises, institutions and research institutes that participated in the nine ascension task of God have been closely following the project for ten years. Some have worked overtime to ensure their tasks, and some have conscientiously strengthened teamwork.
Their products have been tested in the docking task, contributing to the development of the space industry, and laying a solid foundation for the technical research of the products.
The process and mode of their R & D have been affirmed in the results of qualified products; the efficient pformation mode of production, teaching and research and independent research and development have ensured the advantage of product upgrading and coherence, and have been displayed perfectly in this task.
Production, teaching, research, coordination, and coordination of high-quality products: semi steel solar panels

Breakthrough technical difficulties: Aerospace gloves
Space glove has high technology content, it is pressure resistant, tensile, high temperature and low temperature, and has high air tightness.
Gloves on spacesuit have a hermetically sealed airtight coat.
The inner surface of the glove is attached to the fabric except for the thumb and the other fingers. The part of the glove is not to stick the fabric to make the astronauts feel sensitive enough.
The glove of the outer part of the glove is embedded with a limited expansion structure to prevent the glove from expanding too much due to internal pressure.
The Institute of rubber industry of Tianjin has been successfully applied to the astronaut's hand for the "nine hands" made by the astronaut of the rubber industry.
According to Wang Wei, Minister of the Ministry of science and technology, there are 10 people in charge of R & D gloves. They have been involved in the research and development of Shenwu, Shenzhou VI, Shen seven, Shen eight and Shensi nine, and have constantly broken through technical difficulties.

The production enterprise mainly produces and sells glass fiber yarn, fabric and products, FRP products, building and decoration reinforcement materials, other industrial fibers, fabrics and products. It is China's glass fiber deep processing product base, and its products are more than 60% exported.
Since the 80s of last century, Jiuding new material has become the supplier of glass fiber cloth designated by the Ministry of Astronautics.
The Shenzhou nine launch vehicle has used the aerospace special glass fiber cloth. This cloth is no more than the general cotton gauze. The yarn it uses is actually a glass fiber with a diameter of only 0.66 millimeters. The woven glass fiber cloth has high strength and good thermal insulation performance. It is mainly used in the periphery of the liquid hydrogen oxygen tank of the launch vehicle, and is the rocket's genuine "thermal underwear".
The weaving of glass cloth needs excellent technology.
In addition to the requirement of weighing 0.1 grams per square metre on the weight of the product, the requirements for product quality can be described with severity.
From 80s's "Shenyi" to today's "God nine", Jiuding new material has been undertaking the task of providing aluminum special glass fiber cloth for launch vehicles and spaceships.
In the past 20 years, Jiuding new material has witnessed the development course of China's space industry from a small cloth.

The search and rescue clothing is designed and manufactured according to the actual needs of the return system of the nine spacecraft in the landing field and the actual search and rescue environment of land and air personnel.
During the manned space rendezvous mission of the nine spacecraft, the Shanghai special shoe and shoe branch of the China Group has provided the high-tech development of astronauts with high antistatic, anti radiation and puncturing techniques.
Since 2000, the Shanghai special shoe branch has established a cooperative relationship with the astronaut center, undertaking the R & D design task of the astronaut leather boots series products.
According to the changing regularity of astronauts' operational ability, the company's scientific research personnel have successively developed a lightweight, comfortable, moisture absorption, thermal insulation and constant temperature technology boots, dustproof protective boots with dust-proof, anti pollution, radiation protection, anti-static and anti piercing functions; and have the technology of cosmic radiation protection, extreme humidity difference protection, space junk impact protection, electrostatic protection, heat and cold exchange balance, and human space counterpoint technology.
The performance of the spacecraft at various stages of test, launch, operation and recovery is stable, conforming to the design requirements, providing reliable guarantee for the flight operations of Shenwu, Shenzhou VI and Shenzhou seven astronauts, ending the history of relying on imports in the past, and filling the gaps in China's space equipment.
In late March this year, the 3502 Chinese companies received the notice of trial production of "Shen nine search and rescue service" of the PLA General Armament Department.
The leaders of the 3502 China Company attached great importance to it and set up a project team at the first time.
Combined with the actual needs of the return system of the nine spacecraft in the landing field and the field search and rescue environment of the land and air personnel, the project team has completed the production of the search and rescue clothing samples after revising the technical parameters of the rescue clothing's functionality, comfort and aesthetics.
In May 25th, the Ministry of General Armament issued an emergency production task of "Shen nine search and rescue clothing", which totaled 4 more than 40 sizes, and required to be delivered to the designated location before June 10th.
3502 the company completed production according to the requirements before June 8th.
In the early morning of June 9th, all the costumes were sent to the designated locations and successfully completed the production task.
