The annual exhibition, with its good reputation and extensive publicity, has attracted the attention from both domestic and overseas industries, and has become Vietnam's largest international and professional industrial exhibition.

The Vietnam International Industrial Exhibition, founded in 1991, is one of the largest and most influential industrial exhibitions in Vietnam and even Southeast Asia every year.

There are more than 500 exhibitors at home and abroad, including nearly 200 foreign companies.

The exhibition area last year was 11 thousand and 500 square meters, with an outdoor area of 4000 square meters. The number of spectators was 35 thousand people / times, and the professional audience rate was 70%.

From Vietnam, South Korea, China, Japan, Singapore, Germany, Thailand, Cuba, Czech, India, France, Malaysia, Australia, Holland, Indonesia, Russia, Taiwan and other twenty countries and regions.

During the last exhibition, 367 agreements of intent were signed, including 107 light industry, 106 food industry, and other electronic information industry, office, hotel tourism, automobile, motorcycle and other pportation industries, medical, banking, finance, petroleum, agriculture and so on.

The total value of the contract was nearly $20 million during the exhibition.

Our company has been exhibiting Chinese enterprises since 2002, and has been well received by exhibitors.

Three, exhibition fee, booth fee: RMB 18000 yuan / standard (standard 9 square meters / booth) - there is a discount for early registration.

Booth fee includes: exhibition board stool, 13A/220V power outlet, negotiation table, chairs, English lintel, light tube 2, carpet and so on.

Staff costs: RMB 6800 yuan / person, including the cost of food, housing, travel, business, group plation, insurance, visa to Vietnam before the arrival of Nanning to Hanoi and Vietnam from Hanoi to Nanning.

Four, the form of participation: the first form: exhibitors and independently booths the booth independently rent the booth, pay 18000 yuan per standard booth, and pay 5600 yuan per person.

The second forms: the only exhibition is to inspect the non rental booth in the market. This form is only to visit the exhibition but not to rent the booth. The participating enterprises can distribute the information in the meeting place, and can participate in all trade promotion and business activities of the exhibition free of charge.

Participating enterprises only need to bring product manuals or small samples to participate in the exhibition advertising and publicity. They can directly contact Vietnamese businessmen and have the same business opportunities.

Just pay the staff fee: 5600 yuan / person.

Five, the purpose of exhibitors and visitors: to display the Chinese corporate image and product advantages to Vietnam and ASEAN countries, enhance their visibility; assist Chinese enterprises to further understand the economic development and policies, market demand, industrial structure and operation characteristics of Vietnam and ASEAN countries, introduce products, technologies and cooperation projects to Vietnamese enterprises, attend relevant reports and business economic and trade exchanges, promote Sino Vietnamese enterprises to deepen understanding, expand exchanges, enhance cooperation, and promote the overseas investment of Chinese enterprises' products export enterprises.

Six, exit formalities: (1) exit from a private passport: the cost of personnel has been included in the visa fee, the original passport and two inch color photo on the 15 day before leaving the country will be sent to the unified organization by mail, two.

Note: if the exhibitors do not have passports, they should apply to the exit Entry Administration Department of the Public Security Bureau at or above the county seat where they are registered. They should apply to the exit Entry Administration Department of the Public Security Bureau for the "application form for passport abroad", which will be handled by the issuing authority according to the instructions issued by the issuing authority. Generally, they need to provide materials: a certificate of going abroad, 8 passport size 2 inch large headed color photographs, account books and ID cards and photocopies, which will be processed for 15 working days.

Seven, registration requirements: 1, starting today.

The exhibitors should fax the exhibition agreement to the organizer to confirm the booths.

2, effective registration requirements: according to the order of registration to determine the booth.

The booth fee will be remitted to the organizer's designated account within three days after registration, and the application can be effective. The balance must be paid within 10 days before the exhibition.

If the exhibitors are cancelled, the advance payment will not be returned.

3. After confirming the booth, fax the exhibitors' business profiles and the list of exhibitors to the organizing committee.

Registration deadline: September 10, 2008 eight, exhibits pportation: type A: Portable exhibits: portable items that can be carried with personnel and pported to the exhibition hall with the exhibitors in the way of luggage. No advance pportation is required.

Exhibitors are required to be packed in suitcases or bags and declare with luggage when leaving the country.

Class B: larger or heavier exhibits: declarations are required to be declared and pported to Hanoi in advance.

Please provide a list of exhibits, and we shall be responsible for pportation.

The exhibits must be declared to the organizing committee before September 15th, and the pportation and customs formalities are responsible for the exhibitors.
