Once the quality problem occurs, it is difficult to find the responsible person, and the rights and interests of consumers are hard to be guaranteed.

It is still a difficult problem to monitor how the cluster buying market is chaotic.

At present, there are no laws and regulations specifically aimed at group buying.

The industry appealed that the relevant departments of the Ministry of industry and commerce, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and the State General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine should issue relevant regulatory measures at an early date to increase supervision over the group buying website industry.
