Wang Zhentao may not be the richest entrepreneur, but his foundation is the largest non-public fund in the country.

Unlike other charitable organizations, the foundation adopts a new concept that subsidized students should subsidize a poor college student after their work, so that the number of subsidized college students will increase exponentially.

Since its announcement in Beijing in April 6, 2007, the foundation has carried out the "relay of love" in four places in Chongqing, Wenzhou, Huanggang and Chengdu to benefit thousands of students.
