Student Clothing Spot Checks Pass Rate Is Only 60%

Recently, the Shandong Quality Supervision Bureau announced the second quarter of this year's ceramic tiles.

The quality supervision and spot check results of safety nets, pesticides and insecticides.

Among them, the qualified rate of clothing products for students is only 63.33%, the qualified rate of ceramic tiles is 87.5%, and the qualified rate of rubber sealing products is 82.76%.

In the two quarter, the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau inspected 30 batches of student clothing products produced by 30 enterprises in the province, and tested 12 items of decomposable aromatic amine dyes and pH values of students' clothing products.

Spot checks found that there were 11 batches of products manufactured by Dongying Sheng Yuan labor protection clothing management department, Dongying Huan Qi Garment Co., Ltd., Yinan County Education garment factory, Linyi Yuxin garment factory, Weishan red lotus educational garment factory, Wendeng city student clothing factory, Shandong Dongzhou Garments Co., Ltd., Kenli education clothing factory, Rizhao City Arashiyama area talent garment factory, Lijin gorgeous dress Co., Ltd., and Yin County Hong Hong student clothes processing factory. The products were not qualified, including pH value, fiber content, light fastness and so on.

In the building materials industry, the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau has sampled 40 batches of ceramic tile products produced by 40 enterprises.

9 items, including size, water absorption, modulus of rupture, failure strength, abrasion resistance of glazed tiles, glazing resistance, chemical resistance, contamination resistance and radioactivity, were examined.

Spot checks found that 5 batches of products from 5 enterprises in Linyi Jiahe Foshan Xinyue Building Ceramic Co Limited, Linyi Zhongxin Building Ceramics Co., Ltd., Linyi Dongtai Foshan Xinyue Building Ceramic Co Limited, Linyi Taihe porcelain Co., Ltd. and Zibo Jin Han Ceramics Co., Ltd. did not meet the requirements of relevant standards.

A sample of 30 batches of aluminum alloy profile products produced by 30 enterprises in the whole province was also surveyed. The 3 batches of the 3 enterprises of Shandong Yufeng aluminum Limited by Share Ltd, Shandong Huaqiang Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd., Shouguang two and aluminum profile Products Co., Ltd. did not meet the requirements of the relevant standards. The unqualified items involved the thickness of the wall and the thickness of the film.

In the spot checks of 40 batches of synthetic resin emulsion interior wall coating products produced by 40 enterprises in the whole province, the Liaocheng City Xinya coating Co., Ltd. produced the "Watertown elegant" synthetic resin emulsion interior wall coating, with a contrast rate not reaching the standard.

In other spot checks, 2 batches of 2 batches of products were found to be out of line.

The requirement is that the substandard items are all the effective components, and the 2 batches of the 2 power pformers are unqualified, mainly the temperature rise test.

Shandong Hengguang industry and Trade Co., Ltd., Shandong Binzhou Jinniu net Industry Co., Ltd. and Shandong Binzhou Huaxin Network Co., Ltd. 3 batches of safety net products of 3 enterprises do not meet the requirements of relevant standards.

The highest is electric bicycle products.

The Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau checked 5 batches of electric bicycle products produced by 5 enterprises.

The 10 items of the highest speed, braking distance, and vibration intensity of the frame / front fork assembly of the electric bicycle product were tested, and all the products met the relevant standards.
