　　 Exhibition hall brief introduction

The Haidian exhibition hall is the only green garden Convention and Exhibition Center in Beijing, located in the north of the park. The exhibition hall is designed and configured in accordance with international standard pavilions, with an area of 7900 square meters. It has a complete set of supporting facilities, with conference rooms, VIP rooms, reporting rooms, etc., and is an ideal venue for organizing various exhibitions at home and abroad.

In 2006, the Haidian exhibition hall successfully held the National Science Day activities of "prevention of disease scientific life", the Sino Korean cooperation project "healthy human body science exploration Exhibition", the 2006 water saving products promotion exhibition, the Intel 2006 E-sports World Cup China finals, the ninth Zhongguancun Computer Festival, the Haidian New District development and construction exhibition and a series of talent recruitment fairs, and achieved the double harvest of economic and social benefits.

Fire prevention and fire protection facilities

The exhibition hall and conference hall are equipped with the latest fire detection, alarm and fire extinguishing equipment: fire extinguishers, fire alarm devices, smoke detectors, surveillance cameras, automatic sprinklers, automatic fire windows and fire shutter doors.

The original lighting design of the exhibition hall and conference hall is reasonable and full of light.

Exhibition hall broadcasting equipment

The exhibition hall is equipped with public broadcasting equipment for issuing notices, information and so on.

Electronic fare collection system

The exhibition hall is equipped with advanced electronic ticketing, ticket checking facilities and computer management system, which can effectively improve the efficiency of selling and checking tickets, and strengthen financial scientific management.

It is located outside the park north, convenient for exhibitions, activities, advertising and external display.

Exhibition hall scale

The Haidian exhibition hall is designed and configured according to international standard pavilions. The exhibition hall has an area of 2 square meters. The exhibition hall has an area of 8000 square meters, divided into 3 exhibition halls, an outdoor exhibition venue of 13000 square meters, and 1000 parking spaces around the exhibition hall.

Distribution of the exhibition area:

Hall No. 1 has an area of 2500 square meters with a height of 8 meters.

Hall No. 2 has an area of 2700 square meters with a height of 6 meters.

Hall No. 3 has an area of 2700 square meters with a height of 6 meters.

Outdoor exhibition venue

East Plaza: 3000 square meters.

North axis pedestrian plaza (south of the pavilion):3048 square meters

Music fountain plaza: 7300 square meters.

Conference room situation: the two floor of the exhibition hall has a conference room and VIP reception room, a VIP reception room 50 square meters, a large conference room 153 square meters, a ladder seat, equipped with simultaneous transmission system, sound system and projector and other supporting equipment, suitable for medium-sized conference use; small conference room 93 square meters, round table seat, suitable for small meetings.
