London Fashion Show Opens For British Fashion Designers.

For some people, this is like a fashion show, but the stadium is converted into a ten thousand people stadium, and there are billions of spectators in the world.

At the opening ceremony of the London Olympic Games last Friday evening, a group of London designers performed a fashion show on this special stage: they designed costumes for dancers, flag bearers and British singer Emilie Sandra.

The three opened in the east end of London, not far from the Olympic Stadium.

Christopher Shannon, Michael Van Der Ham, Nasir Mazhar designed 350 costumes of 1200 dancers on the night, which showed the British music achievements from the end of twentieth Century to twenty-first Century.

The costumes they wear reflect the influence of British creativity on the culture of the younger generation.

Suttirat Larlab, creative director of the opening ceremony, said: "London's clothing design is well known all over the world.

We specially sought out several young designers in the east end of London for the opening ceremony. Their works are full of innovative frontier ideas.

It is very exciting to cooperate with these young artists. They are devoted to this work wholeheartedly.

The opening ceremony is an excellent platform to show the best creativity in Britain. We are glad to see that clothing is a very important part of it.

Designer Jonathan Saunders designed the performance costume for Emilie Santi, who sang "Abide with Me" at the opening ceremony. The designer Richard James made clothes for the Olympic flag bearer Haile Gebrselassie.

James said: "the center of the opening ceremony is a very encouraging thing to have a very good custom made out of Saville street.

I am delighted to be invited to participate in the design.

The designer of the Palmer/Harding brand, known as white shirt, Levi Palmer and Matthew Harding, designed the rest of the flag bearers.
