Hangzhou Yuhang Handles A Case Of Illegal Trade In Clothing Of Armed Forces

Lv Weiwei and the other side talked about the quantity and price of the purchase. The other party sent the military clothing and articles worth 2600 yuan to Lv Weiwei's receipt address in Anhui by express company.

In April 23rd, Lv Weiwei pported the goods to Yuhang district for sale when he opened a van, and was seized by the relevant personnel of the army.

After checking, Lu Wei Wei seized 157 pairs of armed police ranks, 319 chest markers, 1 qualifications, 1 armed forces, and so on, with 570 Total (570) of the existing equipment, including 40 winter camouflage caps, 11 summer camouflage caps, 19 sets of summer camouflage suits, and so on.

Prosecutor's statement

Xu Fen, a prosecutor of the Yuhang District Procuratorate of Hangzhou, who holds the case, said that the standard clothing of the armed forces could not be produced or sold at random. This involves the protection of the interests of national defense and the protection of the rights and interests of military personnel. There are strict laws and regulations for their production, sale and use.

Lv Weiwei's behavior has been suspected of illegally buying and selling clothing of the armed forces.

The 375TH provision of the criminal law stipulates that illegal production and sale of clothing made by the armed forces are serious. They shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or control.
