The Yiwu International Expo Center consists of two projects, namely the exhibition hall and the five star hotel. The total land area is 219 mu, the total construction area is 29.6 million square meters, and the total investment is 1 billion 800 million yuan.

Among them, the main building exhibition hall has a total construction area of 24 million square meters, which can provide 5300 international standard booths. The five star hotel matching the total construction area is 55593 square meters, which can provide 337 (sets) of guest rooms.

The project is invested by Zhejiang small commodity city group Limited by Share Ltd.

There are 10 standard exhibition halls on the 2 floors of the exhibition hall, one of which can be used as a banquet hall and 4 small exhibition halls and parking lots on the ground floor.

The exhibition hall has complete service facilities, equipped with a large news office which can accommodate 300-500 people. It can arrange 3500-4000 people meetings or large multi-purpose rooms with 400 tables at the same time. It can accommodate 2000 people in the fast food restaurant at the same time, as well as nearly 20 small and medium-sized conference rooms, which can park more than 700 car parking lots, as well as bars, cafes, canteen, post, pportation and civil aviation service points.

The exhibition hall is composed of five two story rectangular exhibition halls, fanning around the central square, and 23.3 meters high in the middle.

The exhibition hall adopts an integrated design mode. The hall and hall are permeable and relatively independent. The fire evacuation function is good, and the exhibition can be used at the same time.

In regard to the functions of the pavilion, the flow of people, traffic and information is fully considered.

The exhibition hall has two floors on the ground, 10 standard exhibition rooms, and a small exhibition hall and two parking lots on the ground floor.

The matching five star hotel project has a total construction area of 55593 square meters, and 356 rooms can be provided after completion.

The 2 floor of the hotel is 26 stories above the ground and 120 meters high. It is the tallest building in Yiwu and the five star exhibition hotel with the highest grade in central Zhejiang.
