    At present, the new four unit roving frame on the market has six characteristics, namely, motor drive separately, automatic winding tension monitoring level is high, four rollers double short aprons three zone drafting type, automatic doffing automation degree, roving tension sensor establishment, cleaning system improvement and so on.

    The four unit drive is the first characteristic.

    The four variable frequency motors of roving frame respectively drive the speed of drafting rollers, spindles, spindles and dragons, and can complete the drafting and winding forming of roving under the control of computer, instead of the mechanical pmission system such as cone wheel pmission and differential micro. The synchronous matching of the four major motion systems is realized, and the details caused by the roving machine switch are eliminated completely.     Under the condition of high speed operation of modern weaving and knitting technology, the peak tension of weft insertion of air-jet loom knitting machine is very high. Therefore, how to reduce the details of spinning process and equipment caused by spinning is the main topic of modern high speed textile production.

    The four unit roving frame has a significant effect on reducing the breakage of looms caused by details.


    The establishment of roving tension sensor is the second characteristic.

    In addition to adopting the four unit pmission technology, the new roving frame also sets up a roving tension sensor. It keeps a certain tension value between the speed of the winding line and the speed of the front roller outlet line, and the winding speed is slightly larger than the speed of the lead line 1%. No matter the change of the relative humidity of the large yarn, middle yarn, small yarn or vehicle, the winding tension controlled by the computer remains constant and constant.


    Constant winding density is another important feature of modern high technology roving frame.

    The new automatic control and adjustment winding tension control system (CCD device) of tension sensor is applied in the new roving frame. In essence, it is an on-line automatic control of the roving tension of roving yarn in large, medium, small yarns and winding positions. The tension adjustment effect of the roving tension is very obvious. Instead of CCD control technology, it overcomes the drawback of instability of domestic CCD control technology, ensures constant tension spinning of roving function, and improves product quality.


    Three zone drafting and perfect cleaning system


    The four rollers double short apron three zone drafting is the third characteristic of modern roving frame.

    For example, Japanese FL16 and Tsing Ze 668 are all applications of four rollers double short aprons, also known as D drafting.     The perfection of cleaning system is the fourth characteristic of modern roving frame.

    The establishment of the cleaning system for roving machine improves the automation level. It can remove the short pile and impurities from Lola, leather roller and leather ring in time, prevent the filament winding and other parts, and ensure that there is no yarn defect due to the accumulation of short linen and flying flowers.

    In addition, the new roving machine has the ability to purify the environment and reduce the dust and fly quantity in the production area. With the continuous improvement of the roving machine speed, the cleaning work should be strengthened to ensure the stability of the product quality and reduce the labor intensity of the cleaning work.


    The new roving machine is also equipped with a broken end suction and self stopping device. Under the front roller, a broken cotton suction device is installed, which can solve the double yarn and other yarn faults caused by the floating ends of the broken ends.

    Most of the new roving frames at home and abroad are equipped with this technology system.

    In addition, there is also a self sensing stop system with cotton suction. On the one hand, the broken ends can be sucked into the pipeline, and the machine can be stopped to be processed on the other hand.

    When broken ends, the short linen and flower clothing that are sucked into the tail pipe are detected by sensors. When the detection limit exceeds the limit, the machine will be stopped immediately.

    The upper and lower cleaning device and the broken end suction device of the new roving frame form a cleaning system to improve the quality of roving and the purification level of the production environment.


    The track of the suction pipe is mounted on the guide bar frame or on the bracket which is erected from the floor separately, and the collected waste material passes through the cylindrical through box to enter the air flow of the flying receiving station and is connected with the central fan.


    The combined cleaning system equipped with electronic automatic control system ensures that when the roving machine breaks off, the blower stops blowing to the machine and turns to the ceiling direction, and the broken ends fly by suction suction into the negative pressure pipe.

    Therefore, the combined suction and suction mechanism will not damage or interfere with normal roving spinning.


    Consistency of front and rear guide yarn and automatic doffing

    The automatic doffing technology of roving frame is the sixth characteristic of modern roving frame.

    The automatic doffing technology of roving frame is the key technology to improve automation level, increase productivity and reduce labor intensity, and realize the traditional spinning continuous and automatic production line.


    There is a large gap between the developed countries and the less developed countries.     The technical characteristics of roving full automatic doffer is that when the roving machine spins a certain length, it will stop automatically.     Automatic doffing technology creates conditions for roving unmanned operation.


    The semi-automatic spinning technology of the roving machine is more mature, especially the new roving machine of four unit pmission. The semi automatic falling yarn is more convenient than the non automatic falling yarn.

    There is no need to reconsider the reduction of tapered wheel belt.

    Most of the new roving frames made in China are semi-automatic doffing. When the roving is wrapped to a certain length, the computer stops, the Xialong bars fall to the doffing position, the yarn is replaced manually, the Xialong bar rises the position of the head again, and the head restarts the spinning.

    The roving full automatic doffer is usually used in conjunction with the thickness and thickness.
