The demand for talents and technology for industrial development was set up in Jinjiang last month. "Jinjiang textile and garment talents training and technology research and development center" was set up last month.
In the past more than 10 days, three research teams have been organized by the Jinjiang municipal talent office, textile and garment talent training and technology development center human resources development department. The responsible persons of the above departments have taken the lead in various towns (streets) to carry out research on the talent demand of textile and garment industry.
Preliminary survey results show that the existing textile and garment talents of Jinjiang enterprises present a low degree of overall education and shortage of technicians.
Due to the differences in geographical, dietary, ideological and cultural factors, most of the senior middle school talents in foreign accounts do not adapt to the factory life in Jinjiang, and their mobility is large. The demand for high skilled talents with high professional skills and professional knowledge is high.
How to solve the problem of talent? 12 representative enterprises attending the conference combined with their own experience, and discussed the contents of talent training in textile and garment industry with government departments.
They suggested that the government should take advantage of the bridge to help the textile and clothing colleges and universities to come to Jinjiang.
"Single enterprises and universities will be more difficult to talk about.
On the one hand, the right to speak is not enough, and good resources are hard to get; on the other hand, the cost of enterprises is too large to be trained by dozens of individuals.
If the government can take the lead, guide colleges and universities to open professional classes in Jinjiang, and then jointly participate in teaching, the mode will be more feasible.
Enterprises such as Xiang Xing, Bai Hong, Feng Zhu and many other enterprises have close cooperation with universities.
In this regard, Ding Hongyu, Vice Minister of the Jinjiang municipal Party Committee Organization Department, revealed that Jinjiang has contacted with many universities such as Donghua University and Minjiang University to discuss the docking of resources, with a view to collaborating in specific projects, realizing talent cultivation, attracting talents and supporting talents.
