There are many difficulties in the application of waterborne resins in synthetic leather.

We popularized waterborne polyurethane resin on leather, from 1.5% in 1991 to 95% in 1997, and it took six years before and after.

The two is the problem of coated knives. As long as the production line is permitted, water-based polyurethane processing can be made by multi knife and thin coating. This will not only improve the production efficiency, but also improve the quality. Of course, the coating head must be more precise.
