    According to the reasonable number of normal clothing inventory control, the two sides can achieve the bottom of their hearts, but this is only a standard reference number, and the following variables should be considered in specific circumstances.

    In case of long holidays such as labor day and national day, sales promotion must be considered. If the situation is good, it may be 2~3 times of normal sales volume.

    Therefore, before the festival, we should make adequate preparations for clothing inventory.

    If there is a preferential policy for ordering products at a certain time, generally, we can consider placing more orders.     In a large number of clothing inventory, not every clothing proportion and management method are the same. According to the 2:8 management rule, the general rule is: only 20% of the clothing sales, but accounted for 80% of the sales profits, we named this kind of clothing as a kind of clothing; sales accounted for 40%~60% of the clothing, sales profits accounted for 15%, we named this kind of clothing B clothing; and sales accounted for 30%~40% of clothing, sales profits accounted for only 5%, we put this kind of clothing to C type clothing.

    Although different clothing industry and different market conditions do not necessarily show the above proportion, we can refer to this method to classify clothing in ABC classification, and to manage garment inventory.
