The detection cost of harmful substances (azo, dyestuff, pentachlorophenol and so on) in the finished products dropped from 1000 yuan to 600 yuan, a drop of 40%. The inspection fees of light fastness fastness to fabrics and finished products dropped from 1300 yuan to 500 yuan, down 60%; the detection cost of melamine in dairy products dropped from 800 yuan to 500 yuan, decreasing by 37%; and the personal inspection and inspection fees for food complaints were halved.

As of September, the city quality inspection institute has issued 172 thousand yuan for the inspection and approval of the industrial products and food products (including related products) license for the whole city. The fee is 378 thousand yuan for the inspection and approval of the enterprises in the city, and the total cost for the whole city is 550 thousand yuan.

At the same time, it will provide free technical consultation for brand enterprises with good quality consciousness, strict internal quality control and large quantity of commissioned inspection.

Enterprises to implement classified discounts, more than 300 thousand of the test volume to give 20 percent off concessions, 200 thousand -30 15% off, 150 thousand -20 10 percent off, 100 thousand -15 5% off, effectively reduce the burden on brand enterprises, promote enterprises to improve product quality, improve the visibility and reputation of enterprise products.

Only with this measure, the Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau expects to reduce the inspection cost of nearly 500 brand enterprises in the whole city by about 2 million yuan.
