In the inspection, it was found that the contract number 4011 was marked with 4002 batches, the length was 48.2 HM, the defect content was 53.3%, the contract number 4013 batches, the defect content was as high as 87.8%, and the length was almost impossible to extract according to the inspection requirements.

The goods delivered by the consignor are almost short hairs and defective wool, which affect the production process of the enterprises and seriously affect the use value. The dung hair and the claw shell may bring about the harm of the epidemic situation, which has a significant impact on the import and export trade and related industries, causing serious serious economic losses to the enterprises, and it is a commercial fraud suspected of being shoddy.

In view of the serious quality problems of the 2 batches of wool containing fat wool, the inspectors should take corresponding measures according to the relevant requirements of the AQSIQ and the Provincial Bureau: (1) take photographs and collect evidence in time for the scene; second, weigh the wool defects of the sorting defects, and mark the samples separately, and store them separately; third, the enterprises are not allowed to use the goods before the goods are disposed of; they are to be stacked separately.

In view of the above import French Fat wool quality problem, this is the most serious import wool quality problem in the history of inspection and quarantine, we can say that more than 80% is "defective wool".

Therefore, it is suggested that the entry exit inspection and quarantine departments and the receiving units should do the following work accordingly.

1. the import and export inspection and quarantine departments should attach great importance to the wool imported from France for its poor quality and adulteration.

The healthy development of industry must resolutely prevent and curb illegal foreign businessmen dumping their inferior wool into our market. Inspection and quarantine departments should strengthen inspection and supervision, especially focusing on the fat bearing wool from European countries such as France.

At the same time, all units concerned should apply for inspection to the inspection and quarantine department in time, and find quality problems. They will lodge claims with foreign businessmen in accordance with the certificate of inspection and quarantine department.

2. the inspection and quarantine departments should strengthen supervision over the designated processing enterprises of imported animal products, strictly do the verification of import licenses, and ensure the entry of raw wool and raw skin products into the designated enterprises for processing.

Enterprises must strengthen the acceptance of imported wool to prevent illegal foreign businessmen from "doing hands and feet" in the imported wool, causing unnecessary economic losses to the operating companies and production and processing enterprises.

3. the operating companies and designated wool scouring plants should closely cooperate with the inspection and quarantine departments.

In the inspection and quarantine work, it is found that quality problems and hazardous substances are promptly submitted to foreign businessmen for compensation, return or destruction.
