In 2006, the Textile Fair was designated by the Ministry of Commerce as the focus of domestic trade.

In 2007, with the platform of exhibition, China Keqiao textile index was released to the world successfully.

In April 2008, on the basis of the successful operation of the previous exhibitions, Shaoxing County launched the Spring Textile Expo for the first time, thus creating a situation of the spring and autumn two season Textile Expo.

In October of the same year, with the approval of the State Council, the Expo was officially promoted to an international level.

It also changed its name to "China Keqiao International Textile Exposition".

Keqiao, the seat of the Shaoxing county seat, has become the only county in the country to undertake state-level textile exhibitions.

In October 2009, the guests of the International Federation of textile products visited the Keqiao Textile Expo, and the exhibition facilities were more abundant.

From 25 to 28 October 2011, the 2011 China Keqiao International Textile Fair was held at the International Exhibition Center of China Textile City.

The main exhibition area of the exhibition is 31 thousand square meters, with 1295 standard booths. A total of 532 enterprises participate in the exhibition.

There were 28083 professional purchasers, including 5791 overseas professionals from more than 90 countries and regions, including the United States, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Japan and Korea.

The exhibition achieved a turnover of 5 billion 405 million yuan.
