Recently, the Quanzhou Leather Industry Association sent a "talent demand declaration form" to every member enterprise to investigate and understand the current talent demand of all the member enterprises.

Qiu Lingling, director of the association's office, said that the association would link up with well-known research experts in the leather industry for a long time, and continuously upgrade and train the existing talents in the enterprise, and at the same time fasten the professional talents of colleges and universities, and make full use of the existing resources to pport and reserve talents for the member enterprises of the association.
