The sample personnel should have certain knowledge of color matching and technical operation experience. They should be bold and cautious, and should not be careless.

We should understand the characteristics of various dyes and master the principles of color matching, such as the compatibility of dyes, the application of complementary colors, and the fastness and economy of choosing dyes.

Before selecting the compatibility of dyes, we can make basic tests on the performance of dyes according to the sample data or practical experience.

For example, when reactive dyes are used for coloring, the permeability of each dye is tested by the infiltration ring test. The affinity of each dye is tested by the method of grafting, and the alkali resistance, dyeing temperature and dye uptake rate of each dye are selected, and the dyes with similar properties are selected for compatibility.

The dyestuffs, chemicals and auxiliaries used in the imitation are also the same as those used in the workshop. Strict weighing of the materials and chemical operations should be strictly done, and the method of chemical material must be identical with that of the workshop.
