Three key laboratories, such as key laboratories, have been located in Quanzhou.

The settlement of these three laboratories has led to the formation of Quanzhou's national key laboratory as the leader, with regional central laboratories and comprehensive laboratories as the support, and the main business characteristics of "multi-point sampling, internal distribution, unified management and quality and convenience", covering the whole inspection and quarantine laboratory network system in Quanzhou, providing strong technical support for Quanzhou's import and export commodities to cope with foreign technical barriers and improve product quality.

Among them, the national footwear inspection center is a national key laboratory specializing in footwear product testing, technology development and technical services, which is checked and accepted by the AQSIQ.

The center has more than 180 sets of equipment and total value of 17 million yuan, including the introduction of advanced international 3D foot scanner and sports biomechanics test system, and the first domestic footwear sports biomechanics application laboratory.

Testing covers

32 types of casual shoes and so on.

The National Key Laboratory for textile inspection was established in Shishi.

The functions of testing, research and development, technical training and consultation, standard setting, information collection and international exchange are the CNCA accreditation laboratory and CNAS accreditation laboratory.

At present, the laboratory is stepping up the construction of the first imported cotton laboratory in the province. It is estimated that after the completion of the cotton laboratory in the second half of 2012, the annual import of cotton can reach 50 thousand -10 million tons.
