A few days ago, Huidong county held a conference on foreign funded private capital work, which commended 20 tax payers, 17 large exporters, 6 national product exempt from inspection, 2 famous brands in Guangdong Province, 7 famous trademarks in Guangdong, 10 well-known trademarks in Huizhou and 6 famous Huizhou products.

In the 5 years from this year, the county finance will arrange 5 million yuan annually as a special fund to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and help key shoe manufacturers to carry out technological pformation and technological innovation.

Through 3 years' efforts, the 100 shoe making enterprises with key support will reach an annual output value of 4 billion yuan, and 1~2 shoe group companies should be set up.

In addition, the county finance will also arrange 5 million yuan as a risk deposit, establish SME credit guarantee institutions, provide credit guarantee to key enterprises and other eligible enterprises, and strive to solve the financing problem of enterprise development.

The county will also focus on implementing the "Huidong shoe alliance standard" and "Huidong shoe material alliance standard", striving to upgrade to Guangdong provincial standard within 3 years.
