Taiwan Funded Shoemaking Enterprises "Get Together" In Tieshan

The good soft and hard environment and the sincerity of "attracting customers all over the world" have brought a large number of Taiwanese businessmen to the roots and gathered together, and Taiwan funded enterprises have invested more and expanded their production scale.

Lufeng group is a three branch village run enterprise. It has started producing mainly automobile tires and rubber miscellaneous pieces.

In the early 90s of last century, as the "offline" enterprises ceased production and bankruptcy, the Lufeng group, which produced intermediate products, was driven to a desperate situation.

In May 1993, the head of Lufeng joint venture with Taiwan Hua Shu company to set up Fengyi Shoes Co., Ltd. to produce vulcanized tourist shoes.

Over the past 10 years, the Lufeng group has processed 1 million 500 thousand pairs of vulcanized shoes annually, with an annual output value of about 70 million yuan.

In October 29, 2006, the new factory building of Lufeng industrial park with a total investment of 50 million yuan was launched. The new plant was jointly invested by Lufeng group, Japan's Asahi CO and Taiwan Heng Li company, and 4 new production lines were added. The annual output of 3 million 600 thousand pairs of tourist shoes, the output value of 18 million US dollars, and the total export of products.

At present, there are 4 shoe making enterprises in Lufeng group. The district strives to import more than 10 shoemaking enterprises in three years, with an annual production of more than 15 million pairs, and 500 acres of shoes manufacturing industrial park to build a first-class shoe city in Hubei province.
