The Hongkong Federation of industry expects to convene a symposium for more than 10 industry representatives on the 10 th of this month. Wang Hui, Vice Minister of economic affairs of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hongkong Special Administrative Region, will attend the meeting. The main purpose is to understand whether the operation of Hong Kong enterprises invested in factories in the mainland has been affected by some macroeconomic policy adjustments this year and what support the government needs.

On behalf of the footwear industry, the business director of the anglong fairytale world (Hongkong) Limited, Lin Cai Lang, interviewed by the first financial daily, said that the vast majority of Hong Kong enterprises concentrated on processing trade in the Pearl River Delta. In recent years, other factories have been actively pferring or closing, and export orders have been basically outsourced to the processing plants. The business focus has shifted from production to the creation of independent brands and expansion of distribution channels in the mainland, and the pformation and upgrading are being carried out according to the plan.

"Unlike our active adjustment, many shoe manufacturers around the world have been forced to close their businesses this year because they can not afford the appreciation of the renminbi and the rapid rise in production costs.

At this meeting, we will suggest that departments concerned give certain incentives and preferential policies to shoe enterprises with high added value and independent innovation, so as to support enterprises in accelerating pformation and upgrading.

Lin Cailang believes that the government attaches great importance to the opinions of enterprises, and believes that relevant departments will introduce some policies in light of the predicament faced by enterprises.

For example, in July last year, the Hongkong Federation of industry convened 150 Hong Kong enterprises to collect opinions from the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs on the adjustment of processing trade restriction catalogue. After summarizing it, it reflected the situation to the Ministry of Commerce and other departments.

A government official in Guangdong said in an interview with the newspaper that the Ministry of Commerce has visited Guangdong many times since last year.

The official said that Guangdong's processing trade has been constantly upgrading and upgrading. Before the export of textiles, clothing, shoes, toys and other traditional exports accounted for more than 80% of Guangdong's exports, now the situation has changed, electromechanical and high-tech products account for more than 80%, and not mechanical and electrical products accounted for less than 20%.

At present, the export of electromechanical and hi-tech products is in good condition, while the export pressure of labor-intensive light industrial products such as textiles, clothing, shoes, toys and so on is obviously greater.

In the process of participating in the Ministry of Commerce investigation, some enterprises have suggested that there are also some enterprises in the traditional export industry who have done well in R & D, environmental protection, corporate social responsibility and so on.
