Wenzhou Private Enterprises Take An Active Part In The Formulation Of Industry Standards

More and more Wenzhou folk enterprises participate in the formulation of international standards, national standards and industry standards, and compete in the dance "dance pool" of the "national standard dance".

Yesterday morning, the 2008 garment national standard approval was held in Wenzhou. More than 50 enterprises representatives and industry experts from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and Fujian participated in the meeting.

It is reported that this is the first time that clothing national standard certification will be held at Wen.

The certification will be sponsored by the national garment Standardization Technical Committee. The red and Yellow Blue Group Co., Ltd. and the Municipal Quality Supervision and testing institute will be responsible for the examination and approval of the 10 national standards of clothing.

The 10 criteria are "safety requirements for ropes and belts for children's wear", "Safety Specification for children's tops", "implementation standards for design and production of children's garments for improving mechanical safety", "Qipao", "rules for inspection of professional clothing", "necktie", "determination method of compression index for Down garments," "clothing size, men", "clothing size, women" and "windbreaker".

This time, our city's red, yellow, blue, and George White will participate in the relevant standards.

It is reported that in recent years, Wenzhou clothing has made gratifying achievements in product quality and brand building. At present, there are more than 2500 garment enterprises in the city. Last year, the value of production reached 50 billion yuan, with 11 well-known trademarks in China, 9 Chinese brands, and 17 national inspection free products.

Yu Wei, director of the standard office of the Wenzhou Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau, told reporters that some characteristic industries in our city are developing very fast. Many products such as leather shoes, clothing, valves, low-voltage appliances and so on are eye-catching in the national and global markets. But compared with the image of the Wenzhou products in the market, the standard industry's right to speak in their respective fields is not enough.

To this end, in 2004, Wenzhou Quality Supervision Bureau first put forward the standardization formulation into the category of science and technology progress award, awarded the standard setting enterprise reward in the name of the government, and provided assistance in terms of capital and technology.

Under the guidance of government policies, the enthusiasm of Wenzhou's private enterprises to participate in standardization is soaring.

Since 2004, Wenzhou enterprises and related units have led the formulation of 65 national standards.

The national standard of Wenzhou is increasing year by year, and the sales volume of enterprises has also increased rapidly.

In 2007, in the four batch of national standard revision plan issued by the National Standardization Management Committee, 24 national standard projects of 12 major drafting units in Wenzhou were approved by the national standard plan, among which 18 were led by drafting standards, covering almost all leading industries in Wenzhou, including leather, chemical and electrical appliances.
