According to the agreement, Turkey Zuo Lu co invested 2 billion yuan with Yinhua investment company of Sichuan Shehong to set up Sichuan Zuo Lu Yinhua limited liability company, and built curtain, weaving, knitting, printing and dyeing, home textile production chain in Yinhua industrial city, Sichuan, and docking with the Hua Hua Yinhua 300 thousand spindles high quality yarn production line.

After the completion of the whole cooperation project, the spinning scale of Yinhua Home Textile Industrial Park will reach 500 thousand spindles, 600 shuttleless looms and 4 million pieces of household textiles per year, becoming the largest home textile base in the West.

Turkey Zuo Lu company is a multinational enterprise which covers many industries including textile, electronics, energy, finance, real estate and so on. Among them, the textile marketing network covers more than 50 countries and regions, and has strong strength in the production and sales of textiles, especially household textiles.

Shehong Yinhua investment company and zuru have held many consultations, and finally reached a cooperation agreement.

As one of the two pillars of Yinhua industrial city, the textile industry base represented by Hua Yinhua will develop in a more professional and comprehensive supporting capacity.

At present, the first stage project of the Zuo Lu Yinhua textile cooperation project has been started, and Zuo Lu company is considering moving its textile project to Yinhua industrial city as a whole. The two sides plan to invest 2 billion yuan in 5 years, and pfer the curtain weaving, weaving, printing and dyeing, home textile and one-stop textile industry to the Yinhua industrial city.

According to industry analysis, strong technology, management and equipment support, and the formation of the industrial chain have enabled some small and medium-sized enterprises to move to Suining, with a strong force to adapt to the company's product structure from low, low, low value-added to high, high density, high value-added strategic pformation.

It is also pointed out that the entry of Zuo Lu will make Shehong's textile industry advance for 20 years.

Jing Xinghuai, deputy director of the Management Committee of Yinhua industrial city, said that specialization is more appropriate to the textile industry, and this specialization must be international, otherwise, it will be eliminated sooner or later.

Speaking of promoting the specialization process of Textile City, Jinghuai said that under the background of the whole Suining, we should first solve the convergence problem and not form vicious competition in the region. This requires the decision-makers to stand at the height of the whole city and integrate the resources of the same kind, such as Huarun Jinhua, Hua Hua Yin Hua, and British textile, etc. they all have their own characteristics. They can seek cooperation and seek common development.

We should go abroad to internationalize the route, introduce leading enterprises to strengthen their professional level, and actively seek complementary advantages. The strategy of Yinhua textile city's internal and external training enables people to see the modernization of the traditional base.

According to the plan, during the "11th Five-Year" period, the base will build the largest household textile production base in the west, forming a scale of 500 thousand spindles. It will produce 50 thousand tons of veil, 50 million cotton cloth and 5 million home textile products, with a sales income of 3 billion 500 million yuan per year.
