With the closing of the provincial SME conference yesterday, Guangdong has officially launched a "great good" policy package to help SMEs develop Guangdong's opinions on promoting stable and healthy development of SMEs.

To support the financing of SMEs, the credit scale should be separately arranged. The financial institutions should list the SME credit indicators separately, simplify the loan procedures for SMEs, reduce the threshold of loans, decentralize the examination and approval authority, shorten the time limit for examination and approval, and separately arrange the scale of credit.

We should appropriately relax the loan repayment time for those enterprises whose growth rate is good and credit is temporarily unable to repay the loan due to the liquidity needs.

We should actively and steadily push forward the pilot work of small loan companies and promote them in a timely manner.

We should actively study and promote the pilot work of establishing regional small and medium-sized banks and village banks with private capital as the main body and specialized services for small and medium-sized enterprises, and guide private capital to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

The provincial small and medium-sized enterprises guarantee and re guarantee institutions are set up to form a provincial, city and county three level guarantee network for small and medium-sized enterprises.
