Shishi Trademark Rights Pledge Loan Scheme Introduced

The 8 well-known trademarks of China, which have been recognized by the SAIC and won the loan from enterprises and 91 famous trademarks in Fujian, were learned by our industry and Commerce Department yesterday. In the face of more severe economic situation next year, in order to effectively alleviate the financing difficulties of enterprises and help enterprises tide over difficulties, Shishi industrial and commercial administration bureau, the people's Bank of China Shishi sub branch and the banking supervision department have reached a consensus after many studies.

It is learnt that the new credit method can be implemented in Shishi in the near future.

This plan stipulates that all enterprises that have been recognized by China's industry and commerce as "well-known trademarks in China" can apply for a loan to the bank as a new pledge condition.

It is understood that at present, the city's enterprises have 31 well-known trademarks in China, of which 8 have been identified by the SAIC and 23 have been identified by the judiciary, and 91 have been awarded the "Fujian famous trademark" and identified by the Fujian Provincial Bureau of industry and commerce.

Therefore, after the implementation of the "pledge of trademark exclusive rights", nearly 100 enterprises will benefit from it.

"How to handle the pledge of trademark rights?"

The reporter learned from the municipal commercial and industrial department that, first, the enterprise submitted a written application for the trademark pledge loan to the bank. After the appraisal of the trademark exclusive right by the professional institution approved by the bank, the bank will further examine the information submitted by the enterprise and the evaluation result of the exclusive right to use the trademark, and then sign the loan contract and the trademark exclusive right pledge contract by both sides. Finally, the loan contract can be executed after the registration procedure of the trademark exclusive right is registered.

According to the relevant staff members of the industry and Commerce Department, when handling the pledge of trademark exclusive right, the trademark registrant must use the same or similar trademark exclusive rights registered on the same or similar commodities as collateral.

When selecting an evaluation institution, it must be conducted at the county level or above.

It is reported that the well-known trademark, which has been identified by the State Administration of industry and commerce, and the exclusive right of the famous trademark of Fujian, as identified by the Fujian Provincial Bureau of industry and commerce, can be handled by the eugenics as a pledge.
