a new report released by the American footwear wholesale and retail association (FDRA) reveals a significant increase in children's footwear tariffs. 
 the report shows that 99.9% of children's shoes sold in the United States are imported, and the customs tariff rate has been rising from 37.5% to 48% to 67.5%. The average tariff rate for other imported consumer goods is only 1.3%.
