Some visitors also found that Li Huacheng began to play a bureaucratic speech. In an interview with the Southern Weekend reporter, he mentioned the reception and visits to the people. Some of the old petitioners believe that Li Huacheng was "appeased" by the petition Bureau. On the way home from work, Li Huacheng heard a visitor quietly pointing at him and saying, "he's a traitor."
