This is the first case of Jinjiang being convicted of fire duty accident and is rare in Quanzhou.

As a result, a fire broke out, resulting in a serious injury and death accident involving 2 people dead and 1 seriously injured. His behavior constituted the crime of fire duty accident. In view of the fact that he can faithfully confess the crime in court, he can actively raise funds to compensate his family members, and properly handle the aftermath. He will be given a lighter punishment according to law and will be sentenced to 1 years' imprisonment.
