According to industry sources, for these five directions, the central government should draw up a larger amount of funds and set interest loans in the form of discount loans.

For the specific form of support, China Textile Association will be a form of "GSP".

Because there are more SMEs in the textile industry than in cattle, many industry experts are worried about the risk of "sprinkled pepper".

First of all, Wang Qian, chief editor of textile network, thinks that the most influential aspect of GSP is to increase export tax rebates, and the second is to expand credit scale.

"A large part of the state's investment in raising export tax rebates has been taken away by foreign importers."

In 2008, the government has raised the export tax rebate for textile and garment industry for two consecutive times, but the industry has not seen much improvement.

The industry looks forward to other new support measures.

Yang Jizhao believes that the implementation of the "GSP" is reasonable. China's textile industry accounts for 99.4% of the small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting dozens of enterprises can not solve the industry problems, and the purpose of revitalizing the plan is to lead the whole industry through GSP.

It is necessary to worry about the possibility of "sprinkled pepper noodles", but the key is to grasp the measurement relationship, that is, not to sprinkle pepper noodles, but also to maximize the limited funds.

In 2008, the economic situation of textile industry was extremely grim. In November of last year, the profit of textile enterprises above designated size was 104 billion 200 million yuan, the growth rate was -1.77%, and the negative growth for the first time in ten years.

The number of deficit enterprises has increased from 7292 last year to 9654, and the industry deficit has expanded from 16.97% to 20.44%.
